The idea to create CandidateSpace was founded by the need of Nordic Consult to move our consulting and resume handling into a fully and practical GDPR compliant system.
While working with the main workflows of our own recruitment and consultancy processes, we also began to map and organize the workflows involving our associated candidates as well as the partners and competitors who we regular cooperate with to find and provide the best resources for our customers.
Together with some of our freelancers we identified several possibilities to provide more opportunities for personal accounts on Candidate Space, as well as making it much easier sharing a resume, keeping it updated and notifying all relevant parties with updates.
