How does GDPR consent work

A consent is an agreement between the company and candidate which gives permission to the company to use the candidate’s information. When a company creates a candidate, an email will be sent to the candidate informing the candidate that their personal data will be used by the company. The candidate can refuse/revoke the consent given to the company, then the company will not be able to use the candidate’s information. The candidate will be removed to the company’s list of candidates too.

There are three (3) ways on how can give consent to a company:
1. Applying for a job

2. Accepting the consent from Invite Email
3. Connecting with a company
