A company can create jobs to attract candidates to submit his/her resume to the company. With CandidateSpace you can easily select, pipeline and appoint suitable candidate for a specific job.
To create a job, you need to be logged in as a Company in CandidateSpace. After logging in, you need to go to Manage Jobs Page
Click Create button at the top right corner of Manage Jobs page
Fill all the required fields and click Create button to create job
You can set your Job as Private or Public. By setting the job as Public, that job is going to be listed in CandidateSpace's Job Listings, and by private, only you and your employees can view that Job.
To search and assign candidate for the job, you need to go to Manage Jobs page then click Manage Pipelining icon
Manage Pipelining icon will take you the the Job Pipelining page
You can drag and drop the candidate to the pipeline stage
You can add more candidates to the Job Pipeline, by using the Select Candidates function in Job Pipelining page. Click the Select Candidates button at the top right corner of the page
Then select the candidate(s) that you want to be added to the job
Note: All candidates that you are going to add to the job from Select Candidates feature will be added to the very first pipeline stage (in this example: Prospects), the same for candidates that applied to your jobs.
